Great services and support mean nothing without the infrastructure to back it up. We've gone to great lengths to make sure our network provides the utmost in speed and reliability.
Our Network - Our servers are connected to the Internet via a dedicated OC-3 fiber-optic line. Perhaps you've heard the term "T1" in reference to dedicated Internet connections. At 155mbps, our line is one hundred times faster than a T1. With connections to major network providers including Global Crossing, Level 3 Communications, and UUNet, network latency is a thing of the past.
Our Dialup PoPs - These days, providing a Nationwide dialup network for 56k modem and ISDN use is no longer a tremendous hurdle. The problem is finding a network that lives up to the needs of the clients. With DSL and Cable Broadband companies closing their doors every day, dialup infrastructure is being stressed more than ever. We used to work with a major provider which is widely regarded as competent and reliable, but which suffered far too much downtime over the past few months. By leveraging UUNet's world class PoPs, we are able to provide you with dialup access in over 1450 locations across the United States. This is a network which has had downtime of a few minutes total over the past couple of years! If for some reason we don't have a UUNet PoP near you, we provide dialup access on six other excellent Nationwide networks!
This kind of committment to technology comes at a significant expense to us. We are proud to say that as we've upgraded our network and dialup infrastructure, we have not passed along additional costs to you. You should demand the best from your Internet Service Provider.
